Health & Safety guidelines for attending attending Ceremony

**Pre-Ceremony Preparation**: Ensure you are prepared for ceremony by following facilitators instructions & filling out all your personal information into the form correctly.

**Hydration**: Ensure you are adequately hydrated before the ceremony and continue to drink water throughout to prevent dehydration.

**Dietary Considerations**: Avoid consuming heavy meals at least 2-3 hours before the ceremony. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, inform the facilitator beforehand.

**Moderation**: Each public ceremony you are provided with one cup of cacao with a ceremonial dose. If you would like to request more Cacao, depending on your experience with it, we will provide you with an additional Ceremonial dose or a more gentle dose.

**Comfortable Clothing**: Dress comfortably in loose-fitting clothing to enhance relaxation during the ceremony.

**Arrive Early**: You are welcome to arrive 15 minutes early to the ceremony, to familiarize yourself with the environment and settle in comfortably.

**Medical Conditions**: Inform the facilitator of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or medications you are taking.

**Respectful Participation**: Respect the ceremonial space and guidelines provided by the facilitator.

**Stay Present**: Remain present and attentive throughout the ceremony, focusing on your intentions and inner experience.

**Self-Care**: Listen to your body and take breaks if needed during the ceremony.

**Post-Ceremony Integration**: After the ceremony, allow yourself time for integration and reflection. Avoid strenuous activities or heavy meals immediately following the ceremony to support the process. Remember you are supported and can always inquire about integration support that we provide.
